The construction of divergence measures between two Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) is significant as it has a variety applications in different areas such multicriteria decision making, pattern recognition and image processing. main purpose this study to introduce an information-theoretic so-called Jensen-Rényi (PFJRD) PFSs. strength characterization the proposed lie its practical which are very closed real life. measure utilized induce some useful similarity We apply them recognition, linguistic variables multiple criteria making. To demonstrate utility applicability, we present numerical examples related daily life with TOPSIS (Techniques preference similar ideal solution). Which rank Belt Road initiative (BRI) projects. Our simulation results show that suggested well suitable multi-criteria decision-making environment.
